This application should enhance user convenience, not add to their difficulties. Since February 20th, I've been attempting to update my data for JHT claim, but it consistently displays "capacity building." As of now, the feature remains inaccessible, and I'm uncertain when maintenance began. It appears other users are facing similar challenges. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Minta update tp ga ada yg bisa di update. Aplikasinya ngotot minta update ga bisa dibuka. 😂😂😂 Kalau ada bintang 0 kasih bintang 0 nih. Udh lewat tahun 2023 masih jg gak bisa. Perlu pakai bahasa inggris ya baru direspon. Always asking for application update. But when you go to the play store....zonk . There's no update at all. Try to reinstall, restart, nothing happened and nothing change. Junk application. I wonder where do u guys get have 4.7 rating? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ All your employee do the rating

Been 6 months since i download & update this apps. But i can't update my data to merger my fund and its always say "under maintenance". Jamsostek shouldn't build this apps if we still need to go back to branch, Guess Jamsostek wasting money for this app😂😂😂
